Replacement Policy (Limited)

  • Requests must include proof (bounce reports/screenshots)
  • Replacement eligibility is subject to internal validation

  • Business losses, missed opportunities, or revenue impact
  • Email deliverability issues due to sender practices
  • Third-party platform restrictions or spam filters
